GUMMÉ™ TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE
By using getgumme.com or placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. PRE-ORDER TERMS
Your pre-order secures your place in our first production run. Orders are only fulfilled once we reach 6,000 pre-orders and confirm production. Payment is charged immediately via Stripe. If we do not reach our target, you receive a full refund within 14 business days — no questions asked. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

3. PRODUCTS
GUMMÉ™ products are wellness supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have a health condition.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on getgumme.com is the exclusive property of GUMMÉ™ and protected by Australian and international law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUMMÉ™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
